Any person who is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan and who has his or her principal place of residence in Grand Traverse, Leelanau or Antrim Counties or has his or her principal office in said counties or who is actively engaged on a regular and continuing basis in providing legal services to members of the public. Annual Dues are $150 due on the 1st of July. A late fee $15 is assessed for fees paid after August 15th. Only Regular Members are included in directory searches.
Any person who is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan or the bar of any other state, commonwealth, territory or possession of the United States or who has been a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan and who membership was terminated because of such person's retirement from practice or employment upon or after attaining the age of 65 or, regardless of age, because of a disability precluding further practice or employment. Any person who is an executive or legislative officer or employee of any federal, state or local governmental body, agency, commission, bureau or instrumentality and the holder of a JD or LLB degree from a recognized institution of higher education. Any member of the Legal Assistant Section of the State Bar of Michigan, employed by an Active Member or by a law firm with at least one Active Member. Annual Dues are $75 due on the 1st of July. A late fee $15 is assessed for fees paid after August 15th.

Annal Dues are $75 due on the 1st of July. A late fee $15 is assessed for fees paid after August 15th.
Student members are required to be students at an accredited law school and must submit a copy of their student identification. After graduation from law school, the dues for a student member shall be the same as an Active Member but will not have voting rights until he or she is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan. Annual Dues are $25 due on the 1st of July. A late fee $15 is assessed for fees paid after August 15th.
Any person who is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan and who has his or her principal place of residence in Grand Traverse, Leelanau or Antrim Counties or has his or her principal office in said counties or who is actively engaged on a regular and continuing basis in providing legal services to members of the public. The extra $40 is for the Women Lawyers Committee membership. Annual Dues are $190 due on the 1st of July. A late fee $15 is assessed for fees paid after August 15th.
