In honor of Veterans Day, volunteer attorneys through the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim Bar Association will once again provide free estate-planning services to veterans as part of the annual Wills for Veterans program. The program will be held Wednesday, November 11, from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Traverse Area District Library, 610 Woodmere Avenue in Traverse City. The final intake will be at 4:00 p.m. Veterans participating in the program may receive, at no cost: • A Last Will and Testament • A Durable Power of Attorney • A Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care/Designation of Patient Advocate, with assistance graciously provided by volunteers from Munson Healthcare.
