13th Circuit Court Family Division & Probate Court Court-Appointed Attorneys

The 13th Circuit Court Family Division and Probate Court are now accepting applications for the 2025 court-appointed attorney/guardian ad litem contracts. 
 
Probate Court is seeking attorneys and guardians ad litem to represent clients in guardianships, conservatorships, decedent's estates, trusts, and mental health commitment proceedings. If you are not currently on the Court's roster, but would like to be considered, please email your letter of interest and resume to Amanda Flowers at aflowers@gtcountymi.gov no later than December 13, 2024. If you are currently on the Court's roster and would like to be considered for 2025, please contact Amanda Flowers at the above email address.  

The 13th Circuit Court Family Division is currently seeking attorneys to represent respondent parents in child protective proceedings and appeals and juveniles in delinquency proceedings.
